Term
dates, times and fees
TermsThe school year is divided into three terms with holidays of up to three weeks a Christmas and Easter and a longer seven week holiday in the summer. There are also three half terms each lasting for one week. Every effort will be made to provide details of term dates at the earliest opportunity.

The rate for any additional hours will be £10.00.
Fees for Three and Four year olds
The hourly rate will be £10.00
Toad Hall has kept fees steady in recent years. The fees for two year
olds were last adjusted in January 2017. The hourly rate has not
changed in nearly six years – September 2014.
The day rate apples where a child attends for less than five sessions in either the morning or the afternoon.
Parents who pay the fees on a weekly basis should note that the full fee must be paid even if their child is absent through illness or there is a bank holiday.
The school accepts nursery vouchers and are available to three and four year olds.
Regsitration
A registration fee of £25 must accompany each registration form. The fee will not be refunded if you subsequently withdraw your child from the waiting list.
Please note that completion of the registration form and payment of the registration fee does not guarantee a place a Toad Hall.
As existing parents are often unable to state when their child will be moving to their next school it is not always possible to guarantee a child a place for a specific term. However, every effort is made to offer places at the earliest opportunity.
Notice
Notice of one term must be given when removing your child from the school.
No fees will be refunded if you remove your child part way through a term and in cases where the fees are paid weekly payment must be continued for an additional four weeks.
